I am originally from South Jersey. I grew up very active, playing almost any sport that my area had to offer, but mainly focused on playing lacrosse. I played Division 1 lacrosse at St. Bonaventure University in Western New York. With that I got to travel the country, compete against old friends who played at different schools, and learn new things each time I stepped on the field. After college, I stuck around in Buffalo, NY to work for the PGA of America running golf tournaments throughout Western New York and North East Pennsylvania. 

 

 After I stopped playing sports, it was hard to get back into the gym because there was no more competition. I got into fitness to regain the sense of competition within myself and others and see progress that I otherwise was unable to attain. Being at the gym builds a sense of accountability and accomplishment each day and has now started to feel like a second home.
