The best way to get a real sense of how classes work and to meet our coaches is to schedule a "drop-in" class at your convenience. Each class is coach lead and includes some careful instruction on basic movements, followed by a warm-up and workout. Our goal with this class is to give you a taste of what functional fitness is, so you can see why so many people are hooked.
Try it first - No commitment
Drop-in classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels. We’ve designed our intro classes to allow anyone to jump right in, regardless of fitness background and experience.
